Returns

When you receive your order, it is your responsibility to check that the packaging is intact and not damaged and check the contents of the order. For any errors, shortages or defects contact us at info@chameleonskin.bike within 48 hours of receipt. Chameleon Skin cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping.

Our Mistake

If your order is damaged, there is something missing or you have received the wrong kit contact us at info@chameleonskin.bike

If we have sent out the wrong kit we can go through your order history and ensure you receive the kit you have purchased. Or let us know which item(s) you received incorrectly or were missing: we will find the simplest, fastest way to resolve our mistake.

We have the right to ask for kits to be returned for inspection before dispatching any further products. If a refund has been agreed this will only be made once the products have been received back and inspected. We will refund only on intact products. This refund may be subject to the deduction of original postage costs occurred by Chameleon Skin.

Your Mistake / Change of mind

To avoid incorrect orders, please check carefully your order (frame size, model and finish) before submitting the request.

If you have ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, please note that we do not accept returns because all kits are cut when ordered.

Chameleon Skin reserves the right to assess whether to accept your return, but in this case you are responsible for:

  • return shipping costs
  • storage cost of € 30

We do not refund the original shipping charges.
Please note that if you decide to buy a new product you will pay the shipping costs again.
For return of order make sure it is intact, free from defects and in original packaging.
We do not accept returns on used product.

How to return an item

Before returning an item, please contact us at info@chameleonskin.bike

In case of return please note that:

  • you are responsible for return shipping charges
  • refunds will be made once the item(s) are received and inspected by us
  • we do not refund the original shipping charges
  • in case of your mistake the cost of storage of 30 € will be at your charge

Returns must be received within 30 days of the date on your invoice and the product must be returned intact (in unused/uninstalled condition), without defects and in the original packaging. We do not accept returns on used product. If there are problems with manufacture of your kit or if you have received the wrong product we may set up a return for unused products or replace the item at our complete discretion. Once an item has been returned it will be inspected. If a refund has been agreed this will only be made once the products have been received back and inspected.
