WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THAT THE PACKAGING IS INTACT AND NOT DAMAGED AND TO VERIFY THE CONTENTS OF THE ORDER.

For any errors, shortages, defects or damage, contact us at info@chameleonskin.bike within 48 hours of receipt. Chameleon Skin cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged during shipping.

IMPORTANT: CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS

CHAMELEONSKIN® kits are cut to order based on the model, frame size and finish selected by the customer. For this reason, in accordance with art. 59, lett. c), of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal provided for standard goods purchased online does not apply.

This means that it is not possible to return kits that have already been cut in the event of an incorrect order or change of mind, as they are customized products and cannot be reused.

Please check carefully the frame size, model and finish before completing your order.

OUR ERROR

If we sent you the wrong kit, we can review your order history and ensure you receive the kit you purchased, or you can let us know which items you received incorrectly or are missing: we will find the quickest and easiest way to resolve our error.

In the event of our error, we have the right to request the return of the kit for inspection before shipping any other product.

If a refund has been agreed, it will be made only after the products have been received and inspected.

Refunds will only be made on products in perfect condition.

This refund may be subject to deduction of the original shipping costs incurred by Chameleon Skin.

YOUR ERROR / CHANGE OF MIND

Please note: CHAMELEONSKIN® kits are custom-made products and therefore excluded from the legal right of withdrawal.

Chameleon Skin reserves the right to evaluate whether to accept your return on an exceptional basis, but in this case you will be responsible for:

  • return shipping costs
  • handling/storage fee of €30

In any case:

  • we do not refund original shipping costs
  • the return must be intact, free of defects and in the original packaging
  • We do not accept returns if the black seals on the roll have been detached, broken, cut or altered in any way
  • we do not accept returns on used products

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Before returning an item, you must contact us at info@chameleonskin.bike

In case of authorized return, please note that:

  • you are responsible for return shipping costs
  • refunds will be made only after items have been received and checked by us
  • we do not refund original shipping costs
  • in case of return due to your error or change of mind (if accepted), you will be charged a handling fee of €30

Returns must be received within 30 days from the date shown on the invoice and the product must be returned intact, free of defects and in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns on used products.
