All orders are generally shipped within 2 – 5 working days from receipt of payment (excluding holidays).

Shipping fees include packing and shipping costs and vary depending on the Country of destination. We accept payments by Bank Transfer, PayPal and credit cards. We will ship your order only after receipt of payment.

All prices include taxes

When you receive your order, it is your responsibility to check that the packaging is intact and not damaged and check the contents of the order. For any errors, shortages or defects contact us at info@chameleonskin.bike within 48 hours of receipt.

Italian orders

For Italy, the shipping cost is € 9. Italian orders are dispatched with Express Courier DHL, GLS, TNT and BRT. All shipments are tracked and generally reception time is 24 hours on the continent, while islands and remote areas may take up to 48 hours.

International Orders

For international orders shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping area at the time of purchase.

Shipping times depends on the destination country:
Europe: 2-3 business days (excluding Saturdays and holidays)
Mediterranean basin: 4-5 business days (excluding Saturdays and holidays)
North American countries: 5-6 business days (excluding Saturdays and holidays)
Rest of the world and remote areas: 6-10 business days (excluding Saturdays and holidays)

It is important to know that depending on time of customs it may take up to 30 days to receive your order.

Late or lost orders

We cannot guarantee the postal service. When we entrust your order to the courier or the postal service delivery time is beyond our control. Opting for a trackable delivery method is your best insurance to minimise risk.

We can do nothing should your order arrive late. If after 10 days (Italian order) or 30 days (international order) from the date of your order you have not received the shipment, contact us at info@chameleonskin.bike

We will support you as best we can.

Orders returned to sender

Some orders are returned to us because the recipient was not present to receive the delivery. This means that the courier has tried to deliver the package to your address and no-one has been there to receive and sign for it. It is standard practice for couriers to leave a notice that a delivery attempt has been made and the recipient can book a return. The package will remain with the courier for a period of time (which varies between countries), after which it is returned to the sender. There are no refunds for items that are returned to sender, so when you place the order make sure you enter your address correctly and that you can be present at the delivery of the package.

Import duties, taxes and other charges

Import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. International customers should check with their country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to purchase.
